THOUGHTS
On the light side today. The following was embedded in something one of
you sent to me.
Once all villagers decided to pray for rain.
On the day of prayer all the people gathered,
But only one boy came with an umbrella.
That's FAITH .
When you throw babies in the air,
They laugh because they know you will catch them.
That's TRUST.
Every night we go to bed
Without any assurance of being alive the next morning,
But still we set the alarms to wake up.
That's HOPE.
We plan big things for tomorrow
In spite of zero knowledge of the future.
That's CONFIDENCE.
We see the world suffering,
But still we get married and have children.
That's LOVE.
On an old man's shirt was written a sentence
'I am not 80 years old;
I am sweet 16 with 64 years of experience.'
That's ATTITUDE.
Have a happy day and live your life like the six stories.
When I was a child, I thought nap time was punishment. Now it's like a
mini-vacation.
Rom 8:31-39 What then shall we say to these things? If God is
for us, who is against us? 32 He who did not spare His own Son,
but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us
all things? 33 Who will bring a charge against God’s elect? God is
the one who justifies; 34 who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He
who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also
intercedes for us. 35 Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will
tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or
sword? 36 Just as it is written, "FOR YOUR SAKE WE ARE BEING PUT TO
DEATH ALL DAY LONG; WE WERE CONSIDERED AS SHEEP TO BE SLAUGHTERED." 37
But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who
loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels,
nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, 39
nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to
separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
THAT’S GOD!
My Prayer:
Oh Lord God of all, thank you for assurance and confidence to live life in
hope. In Christ Jesus we have all things. We bless your name for
Grace and Mercy and Love. We long for your eternal presence. Thank
you for awesome Promises. In Jesus
Amen
